Common questions
Where is my data stored?
Wherever you provision it. Each region is isolated — data doesn't cross a region boundary unless you configure replication yourself.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Everything is billed hourly with a monthly cap, and you can destroy an instance at any time — billing stops immediately.
Can I bring my own domain and TLS certificate?
Yes, on every plan. The edge network can also terminate TLS for you and manage renewal automatically.
Do you offer a service level agreement?
Business and above plans include an uptime SLA with service credits. Details are in the terms of service.
